Mortgage
Two key factors enable us to guarantee the best conditions for all our customers: a great experience in the Swiss real estate market, and a growing volume of requests from our partners (banks, insurance companies). A request can be made without commitment on your part. We take care of all the steps of the process until the granting of the mortgage. In order to grant you a mortgage, generally, financial institutions require an average personal contribution of 20% of the price of the property. You will also have to pay the costs related to the purchase (notary fees, transfer taxes, land registry fees). These costs average between 4% and 5% of the sales price but vary according to the canton.
